Please place your orders according to the calendar's availability!

Availability 

• We strongly suggest that orders/Quote Requests be placed (7) days before the expected pick-up date 
• If you wish to order less than (7) days prior to your expected pick-up date a rush fee of $20 must be added to your order. Only pay a rush fee per order NOT per item
• We do NOT accept next-day orders
• Please order according to the calendar's availability, orders placed on days marked booked/closed will be canceled and a request will be made for a change of date 
• Customers, please note your confirmation is that 10-digit code starting with R, once you receive that your order has been confirmed

Shipping

• Please be advised that we are located in the Virgin Islands St. Thomas to be exact, we do NOT ship If you order and have someone ship to you we are NOT responsible for damages

Cancellation/Returns/Exchanges

• There will be no refunds issued for canceled orders, instead, customers will be given a credit that may be used for a future order 
• No refunds/exchanges will be issued for sales/orders once in possession of customers 

We know life happens so if any special arrangements are needed please let us know, we will be happy to assist, contact us before placing your order.

Pickups

• No pick-ups are made before 9 am or after 5 pm
• On the day before your pick-up date you will receive a reminder text message PLEASE respond acknowledging receipt. (If you have any concerns about your pick time that is your time to express it, PLEASE don't wait until pick up to inform me that you are unable to come at that time.
• Please remember that once pick-up time is given it is important that you are on time as your items should not be sitting waiting, they should be kept refrigerated.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY A $20 INCONVENIENCE FEE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING

• Orders placed for pick-up but on pick-up days orders are asked to be delivered
• Orders placed and NOT picked up within 45 minutes of pick-up time
